How long does listing review take?: Most submissions are checked and published within 48 hours, in line with our register-wide review time.
Is VAT included in the price?: No. Listed prices are net amounts, and 16% VAT is added at checkout for paid tiers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my listing later?: Yes, anytime. Changes to your tier take effect as soon as your updated details are reviewed.
What happens to my existing free listing if I upgrade?: It's enhanced in place. Your existing registration number and index entry carry over, with no data loss.
